From 5th June we no longer take requests for repeat prescriptions over the phone, you can either order your repeat prescription via the link at the top of this page or by leaving your re-order form/ request at the surgery or at your local chemist.
If you require a prescription urgently, please let the receptionist know and we will do our best to arrange this for you.
Patients on repeat medication may be asked to our Practice Pharmacist at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow at least 72 hours notice for all repeat medication requests, making allowances for weekends and public holidays.
